01Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using https://trzy.co.uk/, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms contain general provisions relating to enquiries and services. A proposal, quotation, statement of work, purchase order, project agreement or other written agreement accepted by TRZY UK and the client may contain additional or different terms. If there is any conflict, the terms of that specific written agreement will take priority for the relevant project.

03Permitted Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or misleading.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, systems or data.
- Introduce malware, harmful code or material that may disrupt the website.
- Scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, company or project requirements.
- Infringe the rights of TRZY UK or any third party.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the website is being misused.
04Enquiries, Proposals and Quotations
Information submitted through the website, email, telephone or another channel is treated as an enquiry and does not by itself create a binding obligation to provide services.
Unless stated otherwise, proposals and quotations are based on the information available at the time, remain subject to availability and may be withdrawn or revised before written acceptance. Pricing may exclude taxes, permissions, travel, accommodation, venue charges, media costs, talent fees, production expenses or third-party charges unless they are expressly included.
A project becomes binding only when the applicable proposal or agreement is accepted in writing and any required deposit, advance payment or purchase order has been received.
05Services and Project Delivery
The scope, deliverables, schedule, location, fees and approval process for each project will be set out in the applicable written agreement.
TRZY UK will provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Dates and timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed in writing. Delivery may depend on client approvals, access, permissions, suppliers, venues, talent, media owners and other external factors.
Any service or deliverable outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, additional fee and updated schedule.
06Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate briefs, information, assets, specifications and decisions on time.
- Confirming that supplied names, logos, images, music, footage, data and other materials may lawfully be used.
- Providing timely access to relevant people, venues, platforms and systems.
- Reviewing and approving concepts, designs, copy, production materials and deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Obtaining permissions or licences assigned to the client under the applicable project agreement.
- Ensuring that instructions and intended uses comply with applicable law, platform rules and industry requirements.
Delays, incomplete information or changes from the client may affect timings and costs.
07Fees, Expenses and Payment
Fees, payment stages, deposits and invoicing arrangements will be stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Invoices are payable by the due date shown on the invoice.
- Approved third-party costs and reasonable project expenses are payable by the client.
- Applicable taxes will be added where required.
- TRZY UK may pause work, withhold delivery or revise the schedule if an undisputed payment is overdue.
- Deposits, committed supplier charges and work already completed may be non-refundable.
The client should raise any invoice query promptly and pay all undisputed amounts by the due date.
08Changes, Cancellation and Postponement
Requests to change the scope, deliverables, dates, location or specifications must be made in writing. TRZY UK will explain any resulting change to fees, expenses or timelines before proceeding where reasonably possible.
If a project is cancelled or postponed, the client may be responsible for work completed, time reserved, non-cancellable commitments, supplier costs and other reasonable expenses incurred. Specific cancellation and postponement charges will be governed by the applicable proposal or agreement.
09Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TRZY UK and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing materials, working files, methods, concepts, templates, tools, know-how and intellectual property created outside the specific project scope.
Ownership or licensing of final project deliverables will be defined in the applicable written agreement. Where agreed rights depend on full payment, those rights will take effect only after all relevant invoices have been paid.
The client retains ownership of materials it supplies and grants TRZY UK a licence to use those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the services. The client confirms that it has the rights and permissions required for that use.
TRZY UK may identify the client and display completed public-facing work in its portfolio, credentials and award submissions unless confidentiality requirements or a written agreement state otherwise.
10Third-Party Suppliers, Platforms and Venues
Projects may involve venues, production companies, media owners, platforms, talent, contractors, technology providers and other third parties. Their availability, rules, licences and terms may affect delivery.
Where TRZY UK arranges third-party services for a project, responsibility for payment, cancellation, replacement and liability will follow the applicable project agreement and the relevant supplier’s terms. TRZY UK is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages or changes beyond its reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
11Confidentiality
Each party should keep confidential information received from the other party secure and use it only for the relevant enquiry or project. This does not apply to information that is already public through no breach of confidence, was lawfully known before disclosure, is independently developed or must be disclosed by law.
More detailed confidentiality obligations may be included in a non-disclosure agreement or project agreement.
12Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the previous paragraph and any specific written agreement, TRZY UK will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, reputational loss or loss caused by information, materials, approvals or instructions supplied by the client.
Any financial liability relating to paid services will be subject to the limitations and allocation of risk stated in the applicable project agreement. The website is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
13Website Information and External Links
Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Although reasonable care is taken, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or suitable for a particular project.
The website may link to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience and do not mean that TRZY UK controls or endorses the third party. You should review the third party’s own terms and privacy information.
14Data Protection and Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the TRZY UK Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how personal data is collected, used, shared and protected.
Where a project requires either party to process personal data on behalf of the other, the parties may need to enter into additional data-protection terms.
15Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, which may include severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, government action, transport disruption, venue closure, utility or network failure, industrial action, civil disorder, security incident or supplier failure.
The affected party should notify the other party as soon as reasonably possible. The parties will work in good faith to reduce disruption and agree any necessary changes, postponement or cancellation.
16Suspension and Termination
Rights to suspend or terminate a project will be set out in the applicable agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, either party may terminate for a material breach that is not corrected within a reasonable written notice period, or immediately where the other party becomes insolvent or continuing the project would be unlawful.
Termination does not remove rights and obligations that arose before termination. Provisions intended to continue, including payment, confidentiality, intellectual property and liability provisions, will remain effective.
17Governing Law and General Terms
Unless a specific written agreement states otherwise, these website Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these website terms.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in exercising a right does not waive that right. No person other than the parties has a right to enforce these terms unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
